This opportunity is an initial scoping mission and engagement dialogue with partners in Viet Nam and worldwide to: - Develop relationships to support development of options for the delivery of a Centre of Excellence, including with UK, Viet Nam and international stakeholder - Develop and test options for Centre of Excellence activities and outputs. Test with BEIS and FCDO staff. - After agreeing with BEIS and FCDO staff on chosen option, develop into final concept proposal.
