Winter Maintenance Service 5. Waste Management Service 6. Pest Control Management Service Please note:- Tenderers must fully complete and return every section within the Tender Response. There are the Declaration, Form of Tender and Certificate of Bona Fide which require signed and returned along with the Tender Response Document (Qualitative Responses) - Appendix C , A separate Pricing Schedule - Appendix A must also be completed and returned by the due date. All must be fully completed. Failure to complete the Tender Response Document, Pricing Schedule, the Declaration, Form of Tender and Certificate of Bona Fide Tender may constitute a non compliant tender and therefore result in disqualification.
