The safe removal and disposal will be accordance with legislative requirements of the regulatory bodies (currently the HSE and the Environment Agency). The Council has a stock of approximately 5241 domestic dwellings, mostly low rise traditional construction. Non-traditional properties account for 287 dwellings, and are a mix of Airey houses, Wimpey, Swedish Timber, Addison, Unity, and Hauxley, most of which have had improvement works completed. There are 40 Communal Rooms, 84 blocks, and 862 garages.
