## Notice

It also aims to promote carers' wellbeing; preventing, reducing and delaying future needs for support and provide a universal offer of support for all carers. To help carers make informed choices, to remain independent, enjoy their personal time and / or work or recreation, this service will support carers to: * Live long, healthy, happy & independent lives * Have access to information, advice and guidance * Have a carer assessment * Prevent, reduce & delay future needs for support * Have a life of their own * Have support to stay mentally and physically well * Promote their financial well-being.
