The Provider will deliver a programme that includes but is not limited to the following: * Relationship with self as leader and resilience * Leading others * Leading through change * Management and Leadership skills and professional confidence * Capacity and skills of leaders to support staff development and wellbeing * Coaching approaches to management and leadership * Resilience and skills in delivering complex communications (Dealing with difficult * conversations / managing conflict /performance management /supervision) * Problem-solving and Decision making * Emotional intelligence practice * Workforce planning * HR/Employment law Participants will be identified by the Council and will be from a mix of Social Care services, particularly new leaders and those that may have skill gaps within their leadership/management skills and ability.
