This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement in two ways as decided by customer requirements and preferences. 1 - Contractual Basis - Whereby the end customer will place the order with the Provider and the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. 2 - Direct basis - Whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.
