## Notice

The ISIS Synchrotron at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory is undertaking a refurbishment program to replace the coils in the Q3 quadrupole magnets. The Q3 magnets are normal conducting D.C quadrupole magnets with a solid yoke construction that provide a symmetrical field about the beam centre-line. Each Q3 consists of 4 coils which each contain a single feed and return line. The scope of the contract is to manufacture, test and supply the replacement coils for the upgrade of the Q3 magnets at ISIS. Please note: This tender will close on Monday 31 July 2017 at 14.00 BST. From the 2nd April 2014 the Government is introducing its new Government Security Classifications (GSC) classification scheme to replace the current Government Protective Marking Scheme (GPMS).
