All site communication links are responsibility of BAES. The Tender should provide financial information, clearly itemised to document both annual and one-off costs showing (at least): * Capital and upfront costs * Operational costs and other ongoing costs * Hardware costs * Any "one off costs" (such as implementation, configuration) * Any and all actual or potential costs during the lifetime of the contracted service Registration and use of in-tend is free.
