Subject to satisfactory delivery of Phase 1, there will be the opportunity to deliver housing regeneration on further phases / sites as more fully described in section II.2.4.Barnet has undertaken some early-stage design development and resident engagement. The selected procurement process is a competitive dialogue procedure to enter a 50/50 corporate joint venture.The partner will work with Barnet on pre-construction and construction.
