Humber region Authorities (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire and City of Hull) to help deliver the following; 2.1.1 To comply with the "Duty to Maintain the Highway - Highway Act 1980 (section 41)" 2.1.2 To comply with the "Duty to Improve Road Safety - Road Traffic Act 1988 (section 39)" 2.1.3 To comply with the "Local Government & Public Involvement in Health Act 2007" The Contract will be managed by North East Lincolnshire Council.
