The assessment will investigate the economic potential of Gloucestershire and identify aspirational but realistic targets based on economic forecasts and modelled scenarios for the delivery of employment land (B class uses) to meet the needs of the market. The results will feed into an assessment of future employment land supply which will be commissioned separately by each local authority.
