We're inviting tenders from consultants who can engage and communicate with the community and stakeholders, to develop their aspirations and turn it into a deliverable masterplan for one of Romsey Future's key projects The aim of the study is to work with the community and stakeholders to produce a masterplan for the south of town centre area with specific reference to * Engage with the public, stakeholders and landowners in establishing planning principles for the site. * To use evidence to help inform and guide the engagement process to ensure realistic aspirations. * To take account of the implementation of other projects being undertaken and planned within Romsey such as residential development of the Whitenap allocation and improvements to the Market Place * Establish a masterplan which helps continue the vitality and viability of the town centre * Provide a focus for public involvement in the development of a Master plan and SPD for the wider site.
