The Works are to include but are not limited to: - * Strip out and replace entire existing heating system service the building, including central plant and associated pipework making good any affected surfaces. * Strip out and remove existing redundant small power/data/trunking/lighting, replace with new. * New floor finishes. * New wall finishes. The Authority will carry out an initial Selection Questionnaire Stage to shortlist suppliers using the specific criteria and weightings in the Selection Evaluation Matrix set out in our SQ guidance document . Following the SQ evaluation exercise, the shortlisted bidders will take part in Invitation to Tender ("ITT") stage. The Authority is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement process. All documents and communications issued by the WNC Procurement Team will be sent via web based software provided by In-Tend.
