The plan should include: * locations for transporting Officers to and from * timetable(s) of arrival and departure point where possible * route plans * central pick-up point including back up options in the event of a cordon scenario * details of accommodation availability, locations and types, non- availability * all the above maybe amended and updated during an invocation The supplier shall provide a website to be able to be accessible to all the CNC staff with full transport and accommodation plans and timetables available for download. This website shall be updated regularly to ensure that the most up to date information possible is available to the Customer's personnel. The supplier shall provide a 24/7 365 service desk to receive and process any call(s) and request(s) for transportation and accommodation in the event of a Disaster and or Threat.
