## Notice

The Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP) was announced in 2021 as a key bilateral aid programme under the PS500m Blue Planet Fund. This Contract aims to raise awareness and educate primary and secondary school students (ages 5-18) in Madagascar on the marine conservation issues addressed by the OCPP. The objectives include developing engaging and culturally relevant educational materials, implementing a comprehensive awareness campaign, and conducting interactive workshops and training sessions for students and educators. The initiative will also involve regular evaluation and reporting to assess the effectiveness of the campaign and ensure its alignment with the OCPP's goals, ultimately fostering a generation that values and actively participates in marine conservation.
