## Notice

The charges for the service should be in 3 annual payments; with the first payable at the start of the agreement; and a second and third payment on subsequent anniversaries of that date The request is made under the APUC ITS 1025 AP Similarity Detection Systems and Associated Services Framework Agreement and their terms and conditions will apply to any contract placed out if this opportunity.
