The work should explain: - Past influences and growth: both historical and more recent factors that have shaped growth in Sevenoaks District - The present state: a snapshot of the current social, economic and physical character of our places; and - Future trends: the factors that will influence growth and change over the period of the emerging Local Plan (2015- 2035) and the sensitivity of places to these changes.
