Staffordshire and West Midlands Fire Control (SWMFC) is one control function that provides the service for both the Authority and Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service. There are three control room locations and across the two services, one main control room, one sub-control room and one secondary control room which currently use a hosted ICCS and CAD. As such, the Authority is also procuring the replacement Solution to be used on behalf of Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service.
