## Notice

The main activities include Boiler swaps and full heating systems, Electrical works including rewires, distribution boards & Fires, PIV Installations, a small number of Kitchen renewals, Bathroom renewals, Window & Door renewals and other associated activities. The properties will vary in house type and the scope of works will vary between properties as indicated. The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis.
