The special resolution regime (SRR), as defined through the provisions of the Banking Act 2009, is the process by which the authorities can intervene to manage the failure of a firm. The Bank is seeking framework suppliers to: * Provide those reports commissioned under s.83ZB of the Banking Act 2009, where those reports are contracted for directly by the Bank and not the individual firms; and * Provide other services as described further below to support the SRR objectives.
