## Summary

The procurement process, governed by the Department for Education, involves a modification notice for the Iris365 CRM Dynamics element support contract. This involves uplifting the contract value under Public Sector Regulations 72e to align with the original agreement, without altering the contract's scope or character. The industry category is primarily IT services, including consulting, software development, Internet, and support. The procurement method is a selective call-off from a framework agreement. The process reached the award stage, where the award was issued to NTT Data UK Limited with a contract period running from 1st August 2023 to 31st July 2026. The geographic scope covers the United Kingdom and its territories, with an award value adjusted to £1,279,840.

This tender presents business growth opportunities for companies specialising in IT services. Businesses that can deliver consultancy, software development, and support services would find it suitable to engage in contracts within the educational sector, especially SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs) as they meet the procurement's suitability criteria. Leveraging a selective call-off method from a framework allows for streamlined and targeted competition, making it advantageous for companies already within public sector frameworks to expand their involvement and showcase their capabilities in robust and comprehensive IT support services.
