The reconstruction works briefly comprise: * Demolish existing brickwork wall and its foundation. * Construct new brickwork retaining wall including new foundation strip. * Cast no fine mass concrete at the back of new brickwork retaining wall. * Install drainage channel, geotextile mat and final layer of topsoil. * Make good footway in front of new wall. The Contractor to provide all necessary transport, tools, access equipment, appropriate welfare, water disposal and clearance on completion in order to carry out the works effectively
