The At Home Library Service is also available to those living in long term care. It is important to recognise that people have the right to access a range of activities and opportunities which promote wellbeing, regardless of whether they live in their own home or in a sheltered or residential care setting. The At Home Library Service is available to anyone living in Bristol who cannot otherwise access Library Services. in particular: * People who are unable to get into a local Library, and who may live alone or who are isolated and including people in long term care and in sheltered housing communities * Those who are vulnerable and have long term physical, learning or health needs that prevent them from accessing Library services. * Carers (including young carers) who as a result of their caring responsibilities are unable to access Library facilities.
