The conclusion of a combined inspection in these zones are that, in general the sections of pipeline are in good condition overall, however there are a number of minor and medium areas of surface corrosion resultant from moisture entrapment and coating breakdown predominantly along the fuelling jetty and within valve pits. These sections are mostly within 3 manifolds (deemed as medium risk confined space) and the jetty approach and head (approach over water). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
