The CCG recognises the importance of having a range of suitable support available to enable support to be promptly matched to the needs of the various individual primary care providers within Brent. With this in mind, Brent CCG is looking to identify high calibre individuals / organisations that commissioners, practices and primary care providers can draw on as required. The support/consultancy from the successful provider(s) will involve provision of a range of expert, technical and professional resources and improvement solutions, which should be specific to the General Practice setting. The Provider Development & Resilience support for 2018/2019 funding has been split into the following 3 support areas: 1. Forward Planning - Building a Sustainable Future 2. Resilience support - Ensuring the practices has the ability to continue to deliver general practice according to CQC and primary care standards. 3. Operational support - standardising policies, protocols. Understanding risk assessments, audits and evidencing.
