The programme aims to engage with residents of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly who are aged 16 or older that are unemployed and economically inactive who are looking to access work, training or education. The People Hub is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and Cornwall Council (CC). CDC will manage the People Hub and has contracted with 4 delivery partners to assist in the achievement of targets.
