## Notice

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council wishes to invite quotes from suppliers in order to undertake a review of long term empty properties ahead of the CTB1 submission and, separately, a review of single person discounts (SPD's). The Council has approximately 216,000 properties of which 71,000 have an SPD and 3,900 are classed as long term empty. The Council will evaluate both the "Single Person Discount Review" and "Empty Property Review" as individual contracts first. However, if no suitable bids are received on this basis, the Council reserves the right to evaluate each element separately and award contracts on that basis. However, subject to this, Bidders may bid for either or both elements.
