## Notice

The London Borough of Hackney - and on behalf of The City of London - Public Health Service is pleased to invite bids from organisations able to evidence the necessary experience, skills and abilities to deliver the School Based Health Services and Family Nurse Partnership, for children and their families. This contract will be split into x2 Lots which are outlined in the attached Specifications. Lot 1: School Based Health Services. The maximum price per annum for Lot 1 is: c.PS1.2m. Lot 2: Family Nurse Partnership. The maximum price per annum for Lot 2 is: c.PS425k.
