Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole attracts over 11.5 million day visitors and 1.65 million stay visitors per year bringing additional revenue of over PS821m direct visitor spend. High season runs from April to October. The Seafront hosts a number of family events throughout the year and for four days in August the free Bournemouth Air Festival attracts up to 1 million visitors. The contract period will be from 1 March 2023 for three years, with the option to extend annually for a further two years.
