The emphasis will be on providing an efficient, professional, cost effective waste service with high recycling rates As an HS2 site all personnel must be paid at least Living Wage and generally be directly employed. A full audit of the appointed supplier will be carried out by ourselves prior to appointment and at regular intervals. It is anticipated we would place a supply only order for this project (probably NEC terms). Payment terms are 26 days. The project commenced earlier this year and will run to 2029. It is likely that early subcontractors (Piling, Substructure, Superstructure etc) will be responsible for their own waste and initial requirements may be site office waste and waste from other subcontractors.
