Birmingham City University (BCU) invites you to quote for the provision Taxi Hire service for BCU. Taxi Hire services may include office to office, home to office, airport transfer service and ad-hoc journeys or/and routes as required. The requirement is split into 2 lots: Lot 1: Hackney Carriage Lot 2: Private Hire The Contract to be tendered will be for a period of 1 year anticipated to commence on 22nd January 2020, and subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for a further period of 12 months. The In-Tend Reference is TU011 - Taxi Hire Services. If you are interested on bidding for this opportunity please register onto our Birmingham City University tender portal:- https://in-tendhost.co.uk/bcu/ Submit your details to register as a bidder. We will send you a log on and password so you can download the Request for Quotation (RFQ). If you are unable to register with in-tend please email us at procurement.tenders@bcu.ac.uk. Bids must comply with the requirements of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) and must be produced in line with the structure and requirements outlined in the Submission Instructions. Any submission not in compliance with these documents and instructions may be excluded from consideration. The Request for Quotation must be returned by 17:00 on the 31st October 2019.
