The Council will require services to be provided at Coventry City Council properties and other 3rd party properties, such as schools, academies, free schools, leisure centres, commercial offices and retail units. These works will occasionally be required at Plas Dol-y-Moch (North Wales). These are term contracts which means that there is no guarantee of value or volume throughout the life of this contract (all values are estimates).
