DIO RD recognises the need for a specialist SFM Centre of Excellence. This is needed by DIO RD to develop and grow SFM capability and support our customer's evolving SFM needs. SFM technical service support is required to provide proposals for this organisation design and for the development of SFM strategies which will deliver aligned positive outcomes for DIO RD, Top Level Budget Customers and Suppliers.
