This role requires an outstanding individual with proven experience of managing complex issues and meetings at a senior level, particularly in partnership settings, and who has a significant operational and strategic understanding of the safeguarding agenda. The successful candidate will need to evidence they can: Consistently provide strong leadership, strategic vision; Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills; Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships; Analyse complex information and provide robust scrutiny and challenge.
