Therefore, the Council requires an experienced consultant(s) to help identify and engage stakeholders, throughout the development and delivery of an integrated Communication Plan for each project. Initial commissions are: 1. Transforming Cities Fund 2. Bradford to Shipley Route Improvement Schemes 3.
