The refurbishment of the Convention Centre will include improving conferencing facilities, known as the "Studio 2 works", as well as providing a main works package including essential accessibility improvements and mechanical and engineering upgrades (together the "Works"). BAM Construction Limited will be appointed based on early contractor involvement in respect of the Works, as provided for by the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract and as set out in the YORbuild major works framework terms.
