## Notice

Army Digital Services (ADS) currently provides hosting and through-life application-based Information Services to the Army and wider Defence. It delivers hosting capability across 3 domains and currently supplies application services that support a wide range of functions. These contribute directly and indirectly to D Info's missions and tasks as given in the Army Command Plan. They also support Army HQ, Field Army, Home Command as well as support TAFMIS and DLMC activities. The platform investment and Agile development approach established by ADS in recent years has been heralded as best practice by Government Digital Services (GDS) and industry alike. ADS is currently unique in Defence as the only organisation to in-house deep specialists that develop and deliver information services at a significantly reduced cost in-line with Cabinet Office direction. For these resources to be successful in their work they are reliant on critical Dev, Test and Operational software to be licenced and evergreen in nature. In November 2018 the TAFMIS service was brought under MoD control and management within ADS which is hosted on the Army Hosting Environment (AHE). The TAFMIS RogueWave Licence is expected to be required until TAFMIS is replaced by DLMC. TAFMIS RogueWave licence will ensure availability of TAFMIS on the AHE. The renewal of the licence is critical to ADS for the delivery of TAFMIS Development, Test and live support both at the Application and Platform level and supports the ongoing maintenance and security patching on the Army's cloud hosting infrastructures of the AHE Official and Official Sensitive environments. The RogueWave licences are used to provide the presentation of the TAFMIS course schedule, and course scalar.
