Where necessary the Works will also include offsite hard and soft landscaping, and infrastructure works. The dwellings to be provided are as follows: o New build houses and apartments - 44 nr (mix of rent and shared ownership) o Conversion to create new apartments - 13 nr o Conversion to create office - 1 nr o Works to existing apartments - 10 nr The Contract will be completed in Sections under the JCT Design and Build Contract, including Employer Amendments. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
