As part of the response to the Marine Review, HE has determined to replace the historic, single contractor approach with a Framework Agreement. This is to provide a more flexible response utilising a wider range of specialist contractors and thereby helping to support and develop capacity in the sector. The projects covered by this Framework Agreement will address those sites and assets most at risk through neglect, decay or other threats within UK territorial waters adjacent to England.
