Durham County Council Durham and Durham University Energy Institute are looking into a potential tender exercise to put in place a Contractor for the Design Supply and Installation of Smart Heating Controls Funding The Council is currently in the process of submitting an ERDF (European Regional Development Funds) application for the funding to enable delivery of this Project.
