It would be advantageous if the contract and associated tool could develop to offer the inclusion and display of land, development and regeneration opportunities for Magna. Organisations that have experience working in and with Social Housing providers will be at an advantage, support and experience with stock swaps, planning application (and analysis), acquisitions and disposals will be a strength to any bidder. Finally, in future developments beyond this contract we would like to see a tool that can unify all of Magna's property data, display it in an effective way that could prompt and aid decision making. We will be looking to take a tender to market in the autumn of 2023 and anticipate awarding a 3 year contract with two optional one year extensions.
