TUPE: TUPE applies to this appointment. Two members of staff will be affected by TUPE; one is full time and the other part-time. Footfall: approx 20-30 people daily. Food options: meals consist of 1) A main course. 2) A light soft meal choice suitable for those with eating difficulties. 3) An alternative main choice e.g. vegetarian or ethnic diet. 4) A hot pudding. 5) A cold sweet alternative. Equipment: All cooking equipment will be provided on a free of charge basis. Suppliers are expected to complete a deep clean of the kitchen six monthly.
