Therefore Worcestershire County Council are looking to identify a suitable organisation to support the Council in our journey towards implementation of an ADM. Additional capacity and capability are required to work with Council Officers and members to produce an optional appraisal and preferred recommendation for Worcestershire (Phase 1) and a detailed business case on the preferred option (Phase 2).
