The contracts will be for 5 years with an option to extend for period(s) of up to 12 months at a time, not exceeding 24 months in total. Kingston upon Hull City Council is conducting the procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services.
