## Notice

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) wishes to establish a contract for the provision of the cleaning services within their offices. There are two lots under this contract. All tenderers are required to indicate if they wish to bid for one lot or both. LOT 1 - Grimsby - contract for 2 years plus rolling for a further 2 months until lease ends 01 July 2023 LOT 2 - Boston - contract for 2 years plus the option of a further 2 x 1-year extension periods
