## Notice

Senior Management, which are banded posts were initially profiled by an external specialist. The current range of banded posts has not been evaluated for a considerable length of time. The Customer sees the ability to evaluate against specialist technical skills and modern job principles as particularly important as it seeks to enhance its capability through richer workforce mix.
