## Notice

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to establish a number of Framework Agreements to provide minor design services utilising the following lotting strategy: * Lot 1 - Civils, Structural & Architectural (CS&A) Design Services, * Lot 2 - Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) Design Services, * Lot 3 - Mechanical Design Services. It is proposed that a maximum of three suitably qualified and experienced Consultants shall be awarded Framework Agreements for each of the above Lots. The duration of the Framework Agreements shall be 2 years commencing October 2017 through to September 2019. The estimated cumulative value of contracts that may be award through these Frameworks is PS1M to PS2M. The scope of services for the Framework Agreements for Lots 1 - 3 includes, but is not limited to, the following: * Preparation of design and engineering work packs; provision of design and draughting services using Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages; preparation of engineering specifications, including Bills of Materials (BoM's); * Provision of designer's risk assessment in accordance with relevant legislation; * Retrieval of design, engineering and technical information; including surveys of plant, facilities and services; provision of data acquisition and measuring devices; * Provision of quality printing and duplication facilities (Including A0 size drawings); provision of electronic data submission and transfer systems (Including compatibility of software systems); * Provision of suitably qualified and experienced drafting personnel; * Availability, at short notice (in some instances, less than 24 hours' notice), to provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel to: o Undertake site measures; o Update DSRL drawings in AUTOCAD; o Attend Project Meetings. The Employer is seeking a cost effective and efficient delivery of the services that will be tendered in small Package Orders on an ad hoc basis.
