This procurement process is currently in the award stage, with a contract value of £100 million. The framework, which can be extended up to 31st March 2022, will serve various public sector contracting authorities across England, covering seven regional work areas: London, North East, North West, Midlands, East of England, South East, and South West. The initial contract period commenced on 1st April 2018 and will end on 31st March 2021. Businesses with strong quality offerings and competitive pricing will be well-positioned to compete, as proposals will be evaluated based on a 60% quality and 40% price criterion. ## Notice Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (as host of the NHS London Procurement Partnership) intend toestablish a Linen & Laundry Services Framework to be used by the wider public sector Contracting Authorities in England. The Framework Agreement will be for 3 years until 31st March 2021 with the option to extend foranother 12 months until 31st March 2022. This framework will be split across seven (7) regional work areas which are: London (Region A) North East (Region B) North West (Region C) Midlands (Region D) East of England (Region E) South East (Region F) South West (Region G) No more than eight (8) suitably qualified and experienced providers will be appointed per lot leading to apotential total of fifty-six (56) suppliers on the framework. Bidders may apply for as many lots as they choose. All bidders will be evaluated against a 60% quality, 40% price evaluation critieria.
