## Notice

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a suitable contractor capable of undertaking the following: The proposed works include rebuilding of existing fire damaged Squash Courts to include rain screen cladding, access lift, accessible WC, mezzanine and new fixtures and fittings and other associated works. Please note this work will coincide with roofing works being undertaken with Concertus (CDL) building surveyors. Site visits are permitted. Please contact the contract administrator at CDL: scott.rice@concertus.co.uk. Welfare facilities are not available at the site, these will need to be provided by the contractor.
