The Council, in partnership with Fortis Living and Autism West Midlands is developing a scheme of eight supported living flats, along with a communal area, staff hub and gardens. The Council wishes to identify, a specialist provider of assistive technology to implement systems and applications within the building which will enhance the delivery of the support to enable individuals to maximise their health and independence and reduce behaviours that challenge whilst minimising the risk to staff, and over time to reduce the numbers of staff required and therefore the cost of the scheme.
